T cell expressing different CD3 in PBMC

I have found in some patient sample that there are two group of CD3 
expressing T cells(strong and less strong fluorescence in CD3 histogram).If 
anyone met this?How to explain the results?

The patient are most with infectious disease(HBV,HCV).My lab use Epics 
XL-ADC and did well isotype and compensation.
