good marker for mouse spleen macrophage cells

Hello,
      We would like to detect some costimulatory marker in 
the mouse spleen macrophage cells. We tried to use 
F4/80-APC  to measure in the two way mix lymphocyte 
reaction experiment. It looks like F4/80 can't show a 
seperate population. Which macrophage cell marker is good 
for this experiment?
   I will be very appreciate if  you guys can give me some 
suggestion.
