about the time point in the BrdU cell cycle experiment

hi, Guys,
    We got a BrdU and 7-ADD kit from BD and would like to 
measure the cell DNA cycle in the mouse spleen cells after 
3 days anti-CD3 stimulation. What time	is good to add the 
BrdU before we fix the cells? is somebody has the 
experience about this kit?
