yeast cell synchronization

Hello All,

I'm wondering if anyone has a good method for synchronization of yeast 
cells for cell cycle (DNA content) analysis.  I would prefer a method that 
allows synchronization and release so that the cells progress normally 
through the cell cycle upon removal of an inhibitor.
