Hello.	One of the clinical pathologists at my institution is interested
in replacing the leukocyte alkaline phosphatase test done in the
clinical lab with a panel of markers done by the flow cytometry lab to
help with the diagnosis of CML. I can't find anything in the literature
that could replace the LAP, and am wondering if anyone can offer any
help. Thank you in advance.
