Can I do intracellular staining with biotin antibody ?

Does anybody know whether I can use biotin conjugated antibody with 
streptavidin-flourescence to stain intracelluar protein in human white blood 
cell ?
I want to stain bcl-2 or bax with biotin conjuaged antibody and streptavidin-
PE-Texas red or streptavidin-PE-Cy7.
Any of your comment will be always appreciated.
