Sorting based on estrogen receptor

Hi FLOWers,

I have a researcher who would like to sort live cells (for subsequent
culture) based on the expression of estrogen receptor expressed on the
nuclear membrane. Has anyone done anything similar?? If so could you please
pass along any tips on how to prepare the cells and if I need to treat them
any differently to my standard sorts to ensure viability? I use a BD
FACSVantage and usually sort around 14psi & 38000Hz.

Many thanks
Kathy
