<<Director.doc>> Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is looking for an experienced flow cytometrist to fill the position of Director of the Flow Cytometry Core. The position involves operating and standard maintenance of MoFlo Cell Sorters and BD FACSCans, advising scientists on experimental design and data analysis, and supervising technical staff and faculty members that utilize this facility. The Director of the facility will also be responsible for administering day-to-day laboratory operations including monitoring the budget, ensuring quality control and overseeing equipment maintenance. An undergraduate degree in biology or a closely related field is required, post-graduate degree is desirable. 3-5 years experience in flow cytometry are required.
