Greeting everyone: I am working with an investigator attempting to discriminate G0/G1 in primary murine B cell lines. There was a posting last year about this, however I am interested if anyone is doing G0/G1 discrimination and has any current words of wisdom on a working protocol which won't kill all of our cells.
