Dear Barbara:

Please see the following reference that may help with the identification and
sorting of microglia:

Subject: Sort mouse brain cells

Dear flowers:

We wish to sort mouse and/or rat brain cells into their major populations:
neurons, astrocytes, microglia, etc. Is anyone aware of a published
methodology which would help in this endeavor?	Medline searches for
specific surface markers for those populations have not yet yielded much
useful information. Thanks a lot for your help.

Barbara Oppenlander
