To all you flow computer experts, here is a problem I have never encountered and would like to solve. We have two cytometry (BD format) data files that we want merged into one data file. It was a precious sample and we were analyzing very low frequency events. Due to Murphy's law, problems occurred during acquisition and the data got separated into two files. Same sample, just two files. As you might imagine with low frequency analysis, splitting the data into two files results in two ugly looking histograms that would look a whole lot better if all of the events were in one histogram. I believe BD files (or FCS in general) are binary files so editing them is not easy. Does anyone have a solution they think or know will work? Ed Rosloniec ____________________ Edward F.
