Optimal DNA histograms from wax sections

Hi Flowers
I am trying to locate recent articles describing conditions/procedures (including heating
in water baths or microwaves) to generate optimal DNA histograms with low CVs and BAD. I
have not had much luck with literature searches using PubMed.
Any pointers would be most appreciated.
