Fellow flowers,
I have a colleague that needs a questioned answered. He is using
dihydrorhodamine 123 to measure ROS in yeast. He is running his samples
in triplicate.	However, he is getting 3 different fluorescence
intensities from these samples. One would expect that these samples
would be relatively the same. We first thought that it might be an
equipment issue, but I am skeptical. My experience with this dye is
very limited.
Does anyone with more experience than myself have an idea about what is
going on here?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Mike
