Hi, Here is something you can try, although I'm not sure if it would work. If you open a FCS file using Word or a text editor, you can see that CellQuest Pro is mentioned somewhere, along with the version number if I remember correctly. If that software name and version number are the only things CellQuest is looking for to decide whether or not to load the file, then theoretically, it should be possible to edit the file using a hex editor and modify it accordingly. Please use a copy of the file before trying it and backup your data before, just in case. It might not be worth it though, and in most cases it is easier just to to go a computer with CellQuest Pro instead of going through all this.
