suspension arrays

Good day to all.  I have some interest in doing bead-based transcriptomics 
assays or as they are saying now a "suspension array" for mRNA analysis. 
Does anyone have a favorite manufacturer/kit?  Can you attach your own 
probes or do you have to hire out?  I would also appreciate being notified 
of potential problems and associated fixes.
