CML and sorting

Dear Flowers:

I have three related questions regarding Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia (CML) cells:

1-What markers is everyone using to identify the CML BLASTS?

2-Does someone have a procedure (they would be willing to share) regarding how to thaw and process these cells for sorting and subsequent culture?  

3-Any sites for information? Besides Dr. Druker.
