Dear flower, My name Polidy Pean, Researcher Assistant at Pasteur Institute of Cambodian. I have a question concerning the CyflowGreen Partec. I have experience with FACScalibur BD. Since a year, I have been appointed to supervise Cyflow Green Partec, which had been installed in an Hospital of Phnom Penh Capital of Cambodia last year, for measuring CD4 counting (Absolute Count ) for HIV infected patients. Even there are many evidences indicate that the absolute number of CD4 generated by Cyflow Green Partec highly correlated with CD4 absolute counting generated by FACScaliburBD ( TruCount Multiset) and FACScount BD, but pratically I encountered many problem concerning this Instruments. I would like to inform you that for the Cyflow Green Partec in Cambodia, We perform the CD4 aboslute counting by using only mono labeled ( CD4PE) and then we analyzed by gating on CD4 bright in dot plot parameters ( CD4 PE vs SSC). The problem is the gating strategy-that mean we couldn't see the cluster of CD4 bright in dot plot. I accept every suggestion and comment about the advantages and disavantages of this Instruments . Also, I would like to have a precise report and feed back of this Instrument too. Thank you very much in advance POLIDY PEANReceived on Thu May 27 13:18:00 2004
