flow cytometry on fat droplets?

I've had a colleague ask about the possibility of doing flow on fat
droplets in milk (which, apparently, are droplets of fat surrounded by a
bit of cellular membrane).  Does anybody know how to do this?  Or if
it's ever been done in the history of flow-kind? Or of any good sources
of information on fat droplet flow cytometry?
