I am am looking for a stable, fast and accurate cell counter with the ability to discriminate between dead and live cells. Can anyone give me some advice, which instrument can do this for 20.000 - 40.000 €. If somebody has experience with the Guava PCA or the Coulter ViCell, any information would be appreciated.
