Cellquest Pro files into Cellquest

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Cellquest Pro assuming (naively) that
an FCS file was an FCS file, etc.  One of my users has a
desktop copy of Cellquest and was unable to analyze her data
that was acquired using Cellquest Pro.	Has anyone found a
work around for this?
