I'd like to discriminate between recombinant human (produced by E. coli) and natural human (glycosylated) IL-6 in body fluids using ELISA. Unfortunately all Ab`s I have found are produced from recombinant IL-6 and can bind the both forms. Do you have any idea where I can find Ab only against natural IL-6?
