Dear collegues,
Wolf-Dieter Ludwig and myself will chair a workshop in Montpellier, on Thursday May 27, on Flow-Cytometric Controversies in Hematological Malignancies.

Our plan is to discuss the value of the WHO classification for the immunophenotypic classification of leukemias, the clinically most relevant interpretation of flow data, and the effect of other disciplines on flow cytometric diagnoses, such as morphology, cytogenetics or gene profiling. We are open to any suggestions from the floor about pressing issues that we may have missed.

I encourage everybody who is interested in these crucial questions and particularly those who have formed their own opinions that they would like to defend to come and participate.

Hope to see you all.
Best regards,
Elisabeth Paietta
