FACScan sorter?

Hello Flowers,

Has there ever been a model of the Becton Dickinson FACScan flow cytometer
that has had sorting capabilities?  I recently read a paper refering to
this and I had always thought of the FACScan as a benchtop analyzer, gated
analysis only, without the ability to sort cells.
