Zenon for intracellular labelling

Hi - has anyone used ZENON labelled mAbs for resolution of intracellular
Ags?  We're trying to use the ZENON APC reagent to identify
intracellular perforin by FCM and we get considerably higher proportions
of Perforin+ cells with a FITC-conjugate than with the ZENON APC.  Is
this a size issue?
