Hi all, we are considering starting to test for Zap-70 by flow cytometry. We have read with interest the comments from labs who have tried the unconjugated antibody from Upstate Biotechnologies. We are thinking of trialling two conjugated antibodies, but would like to hear from anyone who has had sucess with the FITC, PE and Alexa-Fluor conjugates available from various suppliers.
