Brent,

You can purchase custom conjugates of Pacific Blue from BD.  We have 
done this for CD45, CD38 and HLA-DR with excellent results.  AmCyan 
conjugates are also available as custom conjugates from BD and can be 
used as a second fluorochrome in combination with Pacific Blue, 
although there will be additional compensation with FITC..
