Hi -

You can commercially do custom conjugates to some of the fluorchromes 
you mentioned through BD (and perhaps other companies as well - 
anyone have information on this?).

Caltag is selling rat anti mouse Ab directly conjugated to Alexa 405. 
There has been enough talk and testing of these things that I assume 
the market will open up soon.
