" The above sentence in the article found at the following link, http://www.laboratoryhematology.com/stories/storyReader$248 seems to hint at this but I wasn't sure. If it can be done, can someone tell us what procedure to use? The only human rbc lysis reagent I'm familiar with is buffered ammonium chloride (haven't done it in awhile, but I think that's what we used to use). Thanks for any information and suggestions.
