Hi Amir,

There's a Cy-dye from Amersham that fluoresces after a drop in pH, such as
occurs after protein internalization into lysosomes. They sell the usual
easy-labelling kits, I think. I don't know of any references in flow
cytometry, nor do I know the excitation/emission wavelenghts by heart, but
it may just be the thing for you.

Good luck,

Guy

Subject: Dear all,

Dear all,
We are trying to study protein uptake by DC using flowcytometry. We have a
25KD protein
which we want to label with a fluorochrome. We are not quite sure what would
be the best
approach. Any suggestions (protocols) are very much appreciated.

Thank you
