Try freezing a small aliquot for a few days , then thaw and compare to
unfrozen conjugate

Subject: which conjugates can be frozen?

Dear flowers,

I am posting again this message. I turned out that a lot of people
are interested by the response to this question about the possibility
to freeze conjugated Abs. I appreciate your suggestion.

I have a number of custom conjugates (PE-Cy7, APC-Cy7, PerCP-Cy5.5,
Alexa488 or 647) in quite large quantities and long time storage is a
problem. I heard it is not recommended to freeze such conjugates but
I wonder if anyone has experience in freezing directly conjugated
mAb. I use to freeze FITC conjugates with no loss in activity but
what about:
PE
PerCP
PerCP-Cy5 or 5.5
PE-Cy7
APC
APC-Cy7
Alexa conjugates.

Thanks.
