Hello flow-ers, We are looking into Luminex technology and would like to hear from current users. Specifically: From whom did you buy your instrument? Are you satisfied with instrument, software, and service? What are you measuring? How many analytes can you realistically test at once? Have you found it feasible to design your own multiplex assays using beads that you couple yourself, or do you stick to assays available as manufactured kits? Do you use your instrument as much as you thought you would before purchase? Please respond directly to me so that we can keep this from turning the list into an advertisement.
