Autosampler for Facscalibur with temperature control - alternatives to Cytek?

Hi Everybody

I need an autosampler for our FacsCalibur flow cytometer, but unlike the
Becton Dickinson autosamplers there has to be a temperature control keeping
the samples at a fixed temperature e.g. during the analysis of a microtiter
plate. Cytek has an automated sampler system (AMS) with temperature
control.

My question to you: Do you know any other supplier of an autosampler system
for Facscalibur where temperature control is possible ?

The reason is that I am using flow for the analysis of live cultures of
lactic acid bacteria. The doubling time may be as short as 30 min, thus the
cells need some kind of "fixation" that does not interfere with their
vitality - and cooling is excellent for this purpose. Starving the cells
is an alternative to prevent growth, but this may not be optimal for all
strains: some streptococci lyse in response to starving.

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,
