Activated neutrophils/eosinophils?

Does anyone have a detailed protocol for measuring the respiratory burst of
activated
neutrophils and/or eosinophils using dihydrorhodamine 123 or otherwise?  I
found an old
posting referencing the Handbook of Flow Cytometry Methods or Methods in
Cell Biology
that contain protocols, but I don't have access to those references at the
moment.  If
someone could please send it to me at the e-mail address below, I would
greatly
