tracking cell division

Dear all,

We have been asked for detecting cell division on a specific population by
flow.

There is a CFSE assay described in the current protocols, but we have
never used it before. We know also that there is a kit from Sigma using PK
fluorescent dyes for this purpose.

Any idea about the most efficient (and easy) protocol? Any other
fluorochrome suggested?
