Dear Flowers,

I have an investigator who wishes to do four colors, as a rule that
would be no big deal. Here is the sticker, and not wishing to insult
anyone, but I will give the ems, this want to use 7-AAD as one of the stains
for viability.

		Fitc: 519
		PE:	578
		APC: 660
7-AAD: 647 or would I be better using Ethidium Bromide:
620

If any flowers out there have and opinion on stains and proper
filters it would be immensely appreciated. I will be doing the analysis on
a LSR-1 [488, HeNe, & UV] to see if it is feasible to sort. I will sort on
a FACSVantage SE
[air cooled Argon, HeNe, & a water cooled UV].	I will probably use
CellQuest since I am using it on the LSR-1, but if there is too much
spectral overlap, I will use DiVa. With no exposures[ref. Super Bowl LOL].
Thanks in advance to all.
