intracellullar staining

Dear all,

I am looking for a good protocol for intracellular staining for cell lines.	I use 10 min 1%paraformaldehyde than 0.3% saponin and mouse anti human IgG1 and blocking reagents from Dako.  My secondary antibody is Goat anti Mouse IgFITC
1.  I have a problem with autofluorescence and 
2.  non-specific staining with secondary antibody
3.  what is best to use for dead cell exclusion using this protocol?
