antibody conjugated APC-Cy7

Hi!!
My name is Giacoma Mazzola and I work with an italian company that sells
products to pharmaceuticals company. He asked me Bromodeoxyuridine or
hemagglutinin conjugated to the APC-Cy7, or, if this isn't possible, a anti
mouse or anti Rat secondary antibody that is conjugated to the APC-Cy7.

Who can suggest me a seller of one of these antibody?
