dear colleagues: I work on leukemia immunophenotyping and have some problem in fitc conjugated myeloperoxidase (dako) stainig. There are many non specific reaction,even in ALL cases it reacts positive.for the permeabilization I use of triton x-100,and permeabilization kit(dako).I will be so pleased if you guide me.
