RBC associated IgG

Good day everyone.  I have an investigator that is interested in doing a 
flow-based Coumbs (sp?) test.  Basically the interest is  a 
semi-quantitative measure of surface bound IgG on the RBCs of rats and 
monkeys.  I am told that there isn't much in the literature to assist. The 
context is a test for autoimmune Abs against red cells that may lead to 
anemia.  Anyone out there doing something similar?
