Andy,

We tested this extensively with earlier versions of the DiVa software and in
fact used the FlowJo program to determine the percentages to use in the DiVa
program. In both of these cases over many test samples using 10 to 12 color
analysis the percentages were identical. While the data can be transmitted
as a FSC file, the version of the FSC conversion is the key. You must use
FCS 3.0 or higher conversion. However, the most ideal conversion is the
experiment export. Check the version of DiVa software you are using, I
believe the earlier versions did not support these export forms.
