Dear all,

i am writing my thesis on intracellular cytokine staining in monocytes.
I was using Golgiplug 1µl/1ml according the protocol from BD for
intracellular accumulation. I am interested in the proper concentration
of Brefeldin A in the stock solution from BD. Does anybody know the
concentration of Brefeldin A in Golgi Plug and of what reagents and
concentrations Golgiplug consists?
