Histogram analysis

Dear Flow-ers!
I was asked to analize different populations in histograms to check if they have
different phenotype depending on the level of antigen expression (high, intermediate or
low). As it is very difficult to do it just with the image of the histogram in the same
way from sample to sample, I looked for any software that could do it in an automatic
way. I found CMI in the Purdue web site, but I can not read samples runned out in a
FACScalibur cytometer (as is my case).
So, does anyone know where can I find another tool or another approach to this problem?
