I am interested in annexin V as a platelet marker for activation.  If someone has done some work using annexin V as a marker for activation would you please provide some information as to the set up for this procedure.   Also, I noticed that 
BD has a activation marker PAC-1 has anyone used this marker.  Any information provided would be appreciated.
