Folks,
 
An investigator here at UCONN is curious to know the resolution of
standard
PI or 7AAD based cell cycle analysis for resolving cells that have
disproportionately
segmented chromosomes, e.g. can 3 or 4 extra chromosomes be resolved
from control
cells.
