Hi All,

We installed the HTS about a month ago and we have tested it for DNA
analysis as well as immunocytometry applications. In general, it works well
and the software is very similar to the BD multi-well sampler which came out
a couple years ago. The biggest advantage is the oeprator can set up a
plate to run in HTS and go off to do another experiment while the plate is
being acquired. The average time for acquiring a 96 well plate, for us, is
roughly 20 min. in HT mode or 45 min. in STD mode. However, in HT mode, we
can only acquire up to 10ul of sample/well and the cell density in well may
affect the resolution of the data.

Hope this help and I am looking forward to the opinion of other users.
