Dear Flow-er's,
  I have an investigator who is wishes to look for side populations, using 
Hoechst 33342, in day 9-10 mouse embryos using our VAntage SE.
 I was wondering if anyone has experience/suggestions with this cell type. 
Are the incubation conditions different from published protocols using bone 
marrow?
