Dear Flowers As this seems to be an issue with a number of people I will continue with my questions and responses that I am receiving. What Howard wrote was nice and technical and explained the problem. However can anybody explain why the data used to be fine when we first got the DiVa. It was "once" possible to sort the same cells in the gate on the second sort using digital electronics. 100% of the cells would be in the lower gate. See attached data plots:Problem 7 and 9 show old data in DiVa. See attached data plots: Problem 8 shifted cells in DiVa This seems to be a problem with just more than digital electronics unless something has changed on our system. Still need more answers and a way around the problem, like many other people. Andy -- Andy Johnson FACS Facility Manager Biomedical Research Centre UBC Vancouver 604-822-7838
