I would greatly appreciate advice as to how one can ascertain the degree of
contamination of bone marrow with peripheral blood. This obviously affects
the percent results of blasts, plasma cells, etc, that we report in the
samples we receive.
How can one assure that what we work up is really the bone marrow fraction?
