Dear Flowers, Can someone explain to me how I can say something about the relative difference in expression level of a GFP positive population compared to the negative population on the same blot or compared to the negative control sample without using calibration beads ? For example: The fluorescence of GFP using the promoter x is y times brighter than the mock control. The data are collected on a log scale.
