Does anyone know what concentration of TOPRO-3 should be used 
as a dead cell marker? Should it be titrated?

Also, does anyone have a protocol for looking at phagocytosis of 
apoptotic cells by dendritic cells? We plan to label the DCs with 
DEC205-FITC, the apoptotic cells with PKH-26 and label the 
necrotic/apoptic cells with TOPRO-3, has anyone done this 
(successfully)? We are using a BD LSR2 if that helps.
